5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless the terms of the relevant offer state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in order to withdraw any winnings obtained from a bonus.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus by fraudulent means, the account concerned will be permanently closed.
• The authority reserves the right to discontinue or modify any promotion at any time.

6.1 Betting Rules

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily by contacting the support centre. Before the account is closed, the user will have the opportunity to complete any withdrawal subject to all applicable terms.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. The relevant user will be notified in advance at their registered email address.
